Please register and pay in advance for all classes/camps/workshops. By registering for a class, camp, or workshop you agree to the policies outlined below. 

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your session We will do our best to accomodate the request. 

If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours before your session. We will offer a rescheduled session or a 90% refund. If you cancel with less than 48 hours's notice, we will offer a rescheduled session or a 50% refund.

You will be notified if we must cancel a class, and a full refund or class credit will be offered.

If a student is ill for any reason, please call us to reschedule the session. If anyone arrives to class while ill or displaying symptoms of illness, they will be sent home without a refund for that session.

If a child is behaving in a manner that threatens their safety or the safety of other students, or significantly disrupts the learning environment, we reserve the right to notify the guardian and dismiss the child from class. We also reserve the right to discontinue the child's attendance for the remainder of the sessions.

Any questions regarding the status of your order, you can call at 630 5613186 or send us an email through the website and we will get back to you usually within the same or next business day. If you need your order shipped immediately, please call.  We normally ship in 1-3 business days from the time your order is placed.

Time Limit

• Online purchase: 30 days from the time of shipping. 
• Purchase at the store: 30 days from the time of purchase. 
• Item Condition: Must be unused, in original packaging, with tags.
• Proof of Purchase: Receipt, order confirmation.
• Refund Type: Store credit or exchange
• Costs: Customer pays for return shipping
• Exceptions: Winded yarn, final sale items, and clearance goods cannot be returned, exchange or refunded.
